This intimate, high-touch retreat is designed for deep healing, embodiment, and emotional renewal in a small, supportive group setting.

Held in the natural beauty of Hawai‘i Island, this immersive experience offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gently move through grief, trauma, emotional release, and creative expression in a safe and nourishing environment.

Each day blends guided somatic and embodied practices with spacious time for rest, reflection, nature, and integration—allowing your experience to unfold organically and in your own way.

Your retreat experience includes:

• 5-night accommodation in a peaceful private sanctuary on Hawai‘i Island

• Daily nourishing organic meals

• Guided somatic healing and embodiment sessions

• Grief integration and emotional support practices

• Movement, expression, and creative exploration classes

• Nature immersion, rest, and spacious integration time
